Mountain Climbers 1-27-2025

Climb these mountains this Monday morning!

Hello there! Hope you’re warm and happy this Monday morning! Let’s do some mountain climbers to start the day. Think of mountain climbers like a dynamic plank.

Here’s how to do them:

  • Start at the top of pushup position position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.

  • Maintain a solid posture, not sinking into gravity.

  • Step your right knee toward your right elbow.

  • Return to start position, and repeat with your left knee toward your left elbow.

  • If you want to speed it up, you can move one leg up while the other is returning to your starting position, like you are running in place.

  • Keep your hips level and maintain a steady pace.

Let’s go 30 on each side. You can do it! Rest if you need, but get back to it after some breaths.
